    Hi,

So after my warranty ended (how come), my hinge broke, thankfully i could change them quite easily and "cheap".
Now a week after my power adapter isn't recognized. Not the common "plugged in, not charging" problem, but not even recognized as anything is plugged in my laptop. Tried with my other dell 65W charger (i know its not enough power, but my laptop used to recognize it at least), nothing happened.

Is it a faulty DC jack? Or do i have to get a new motherboard (damn expensive since GPU is soldered).
Is changing the DC jack a hard job? Requires soldering?

    Thanks

Does it have a light? If yes, then the jack could be broken.
