    Are these a good/decent scores?

How can I tell if it's running at SATA 3 or SATA 2?

I getting around 650 points with my C300 ver00007, it seems your atm is running at SATAII speed with is normal with RST installed, I also have RST and after a while it decreases from III-->II .. it seems its a problem with the P67 chipset from Intel and RST "solves" it by turning down the performance because without it my speed are like riding an rollercoaster. :(

Yah I ran another benchmark without RST and my read speed went to 340s. But my write speed went down by a lot, 80-90mb/s

Yup. Same experience with the Crucial M4, however overall performance and particularly write speeds seemed to be better and more stable with RST on (But doing the registry fix).

What registry fix? Does it bring it back to SATA 3?
