Quick question I am hoping someone can help. No matter what game I have been playing lately I get shuttering fpts...it looks like this : 70, 43, 55, 80, 44, 38, 70, just random fps all over the place, and changing the graphics in a game only changes the range of the numbers not the stability. Any help would be appreciated.

yea i tried that. but no change. The issue is not so much a locked down low fps, but an extremely inconsistent fps, it just jumps all over the place. And if it's a throttling issue, it does it to me as soon as my computer is booted up.

Yeh my issue was the same - inconsistent fps that wasn't due to throttling. Unfortunately no solution though - mine seemed to just fix itself as unhelpful and retarded as that sounds
