Did you plug it back into the correct slot? There are two places you can plug your LCD ribbon into. The 3D model HAS to be plugged into a specific one. I don't remember off hand which one it is.

Both slot are different type of connection. The 3D cable has two screws , that need to be screwed down on the connector whilst the regular is just a plug that plugs into the regular slot. Something else is wrong.

    - eDP connector/cable 50 pin, 60Hz 40 pin (LVDS) so you'll need a different cable/connector.
    - 3D Vision emitter cable (Black)
    - Camera/Microphone (white)
Display is set to PEG ? reset the BIOS (remove CMOS), Display SG (60Hz) to Auto (BIOS reset) then set it permanently to PEG.

Edit: Samsung 3D R4 screen seems to be 40 pin, mine R3 3D LG screen 50 pin with the R4 motherboard works perfect, we should swap screens then - I've PMed you.

i mount it with perfect connection .. but what the result is, no backlight from my LCD .. i assume that was a blank, but when i try using my phone camera lighting, i saw windows there with no backlight... so what cause of this problem guys?
i don't know what to do now, is that mean problem with my MOBO or whatelse ..? i try to change back my origin LCD m17xr3 .. no backlight , still black .. i can hear windows os startup sounds, i can see windows behind there...but no light from that LCD .. very frustrated .. :(
