[M17xR3] Webcam "non-existent"

Hello all,

I just recently tried to Skype a friend and my webcam wasn't detected at all. I double checked by going online to Omegle and Chat Roulette, neither of which registered my laptop as even having a webcam.

Under Device Manager, there is no longer an "Imaging Devices" tab. I figure this is a driver issue, but there is a problem: without my webcam actually listed under my Devices, I can't figure out what kind of webcam I own to find the drivers. Dell doesn't provide the webcam drivers on their support page, either.

I've had trouble with my laptop in the past and you guys have helped me out a ton.

Suggestions / fixes / etc. are welcome.
