Hey guys, I recently acquired an M17x R2 for incredibly cheap. Only thing that bothers me is that it has the 1440x900 screen. I'm looking into swapping it with one of the 1920x1200 screens (preferably the RGBLED one). Where is a good place to find one at a reasonable price?

Quick Edit: Also, are these screens the same as the R1's? I see quite a few different part numbers floating around.

    Thanks!

I don't believe you can just swap the LCD, it's much easier buying the entire top module and swapping that. I know you can find the RGBLED top portion for like 200-250 used, 400+ new. R1's WUXGA panel should work..

Swapping the entire top portion is what I meant, actually. :)

I did some further digging and found that the "J2CY8" screens are the ones I should be after (While K1-something seems to be the R1 model). Is there any place aside Ebay to find these?
