    Hi,

i've tried google but cant find my answer.

the problem is, whenever i'm playing a game, any game, if i tap my 'shift' key (left and right) once, all the other keys will stop responding, almost like they have been disabled.

The only keys working are ESC, CAPS lock, Num lock.
i checked the sticky keys in the accessibilities, everything is turned off fine.

    this only happens while in-game.

its such a nuisance while playing games like COD which uses shift to run etc
weird that it just happens in some games... so i tot it could be software error... checked for driver, cant seem to find any for my laptop. contacted dell to see if they can send me the driver.

dont trust window's driver cause it messed up m previous laptop's keyboard...

btw, is there a software that checks for keylogging? like which program is using keylogging etc... i suspect keylogging but av scan and spy/adware scan shows nothing

Seems very unusual. Have you tried going into safe mode and see if it does it there?
