So I did a clean install of the 11.11a drivers and as everyone else here, I got BSOD on start up. Then I went in safe mode and through the device manager I disabled the secondary GPU and then restarted. Once I did that the 11.11a drivers worked fine and didn't get BSOD. However, the moment I went back in the device manager and re-enabled the 2nd GPU i got the BSOD. It's celar that the issue is crossfire related.
I know this info doesn't fix anything but for people with singe GPUs or M17xR3 owners the 11.11a drivers should work fine. For the rest of us with crossfire set up, we are screwed until either AMD or Dell comes up with a fix.
