I was having some issues with software quirks the other day that had been going on for a while. I decided to clean install windows 7 64-bit (which I have done before) and did so. Now before I clean installed my WEI was 5.8 with the processor at 6.4, the memory at 6.2, and the 3D/gaming Graphics at 7.1. However, after the clean install, my WEI is now 4.6 with my processor at 4.6, my memory at 4.7, and both graphics checks at 6.5.

Now it seems to me like I missed a driver somewhere, but I have no clue where as I got all my drivers off the dell website and installed in the order given to me by customer service.

    As for specs...
    Processor Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T9600 @ 2.80GHz 4.6
    Memory (RAM) 4.00 GB DDR3 4.7
    Graphics (2) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M 6.5
Gaming graphics 2687 MB Total available graphics memory 6.5
Primary hard disk 254GB Free (298GB Total) 5.9

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: After re-running... all the scores dropped again.

Sounds like you are in "stealth mode".
Try hitting the alien ship touch panel button and see what it says (furthest on the right)

Turns out it actually was in stealth mode. Sadly the driver from the website is corrupt for the OSD, but I was able to use a soft reset to turn it off. Apparently stealth mode carried over from the previous OS, but I was finally able to get it off. Appreciated the assistance.
