I had another thread for this but now that I have gotten some more information I am starting a fresh thread. I was getting "skips" in my games while using the 485M and turned out my power settings were fine and the card is NOT overheating.

I ran Furmark to test and my R3 reset after only 6min of running Furmark in 1080P with dynamic background.

I reinstalled my 460M to test it on Furmark as well and will post results in a min, Anyone got any ideas at this stage what it may be?

Games are...hmm for fun and benchmark like Furmark is not ''a game'' but test the power of the GPU, you know? It's the calcul processing, something like that and if you are running my driver, it's normal it fail because it's not optimised for. It's also for that reason that actually on benchmark, a HD6970m beat a gtx485m but on gaming, gtx485m beats a HD6970m

well my game was getting "lag" and I had Battlefield: bad company 2 actually failing on me and white screen/shutting off.

I tried to reinstall drivers to test but I forgot how to do it, I don't know where the drivers install to to replace the file you gave me, can you post or msg me a quick guide again on what to do, and let me know if you have updated files for the latest drivers?

also, let me know if you know anything about my game issues im having, I wouldn't think the 485M would expierence any massive fps drops in game and game crashes like I had.
