    Allright.

I used to have a raid0 setup with 2 hard drives.
I replaced the first hard drive with an SSD, thus also not using raid0 anymore.

The problem i have is that something doesn't work as it should.
With the SSD alone, the system is like a NASA pc, it's blazingly fast.
As soon as i plug in the hdd in slot1, the system slows and the ssd isn't fast anymore.

Disk management also tends to either not see the HDD, takes long to initialise (also gives initialise error), and when it shows the hdd, it shows the raid0 size it used to have (twice as big as it is). The bios does corretly see the SSD and the loose HDD.

    Anyone?

Silly question maybe, but have you deleted the raid array (CTRL&I at boot) ??
