I have tried every method suggested on this forum and I still can't get this driver installed, so I'm still on 8.851.2.0. I was reading somewhere on the Internet this morning that new M17X r3's are shipping with 11.10 so maybe they will be on Dells website soon.

Yes Slickdude I get blue screens, white screens and messages from AMD saying no AMD driver was installed. I'm very frustrated so I'll give it a rest for now.
