While looking over the m17x R3 deals on the Outlet I noticed some of the systems as Win 7 32 bit. What has me confused is several have 8 gigs of 1333 ram. Now unless something has changed 32 bit only supports 4 gigs tops and some of that is house keeping. Anyone receive or know are they really 32 bit? Has Alienware ever released a 32 bit m17x R3?

Another sign of the ineptitude of Dell in general.

There's always a chance they purposely downgraded the OS but left in the 8gb ram and forgot about it.

After it being posted on my account it looks like Dell has a bunch of type O's.
I compared the spec's to my other builds and looks to be 64 bit.

    They are notorious for typos.
