You know that little green box that pops up in the bottom right when you launch a game or something? The one that tells you what the rating is and the best settings are?

How do you get rid of it on the M17xR4? Is there a default setting I can click so it never pops up? I tried Ctrl-alt-fn-0 and every combination of such.

On my XPS17 L702x, the Insert key was a dedicated button.

Thanks in advance, and sorry for being derpy if I'm missing something really obvious!

go to stereoscopic 3d settings and change the hotkeys... i use ctrl + ]

but it still shows up wrong... there is no insert key on this keyboard for some wierd reason, so you need to re-assign the hotkey

No insert key??? It's on the number pad '0'. You just have to press num-lock sometimes to turn it off, and crtl-alt-numpad 0 :D

Lmao, I did try using the "0" key on the numpad, but with the function key... guess it didn't occur to me to try turning numlock on or off

Well played Alienware... well played. :notworthy:

you can also try using the insert key on number 0 by using any shift key i.e CTRL+ALT+(SHIFT)+INSERT
but then, it beats the purpose of have 'shortcut' keys when you have to press 4 keys at once! :D
