First off, here are my scores: http://3dmark.com/3dm11/3902122
As you can see it tells me under PC HEALTH CHECK that I could perform better. I expected earlier this week that my graphics card had some issue but I could not pinpoint what. I still cannot pinpoint the issue. My graphics card is up to date (according to Dell.com. Nvidia tells me I can only obtain driver updates from Dell) Also, my Driver status says Not FM approved. I have no idea what that means. Can someone help me out?
PS: Once fixing this issue, I'm looking into overclocking my 660M, what are some programs you would recommend me to use? (I'm fairly new to overclocking)
Thanks for all your help.

There's clearly an issue with the driver (from what 3d mark is saying anyway) and your 3dmark11 score should be in the mid 2000's, so you are SEVERELY under performing. Did you try official nvidia drivers? not the dell ones.
I would start with doing a clean install of your drivers (using driver sweeper etc) then re-installing them again, if that doesnt work, do a clean sweep and try whichever seem to be the popular drivers for your card. I havent been up to date on Nvidia lately so I cannot tell which ones those are. -
Yes, I tried finding a driver update from Nvidia itself but it gives me this msg: Your product manufacturer requires you to download a driver for your device from their website. So I tried manually searching for drivers and it says no drivers found. This is very frustrating.

How about these? they seem to be for your card.
HERE you go!

It actually doesn't say that driver supports the 660M.
-
I highlighted where it says it supports your card.
Also, even though 3dmark doesnt approve your drivers, it shouldnt cause the score to be that low. Are you sure you're not running 3dmark11 with the on board gpu? Did you set 3dmark11 to run on your 660m via the optimus menu? -
Oops, didn't read carefully, my mistake. I will try reinstalling my driver.

read above.

bigtonyman Desktop Powa!!!
You could try this driver from laptop2go and see if it works. Its a dell driver from what I understand. Don't know how current it is though.
