Whats your best 3d mark 06 stock score?

Mine was 15001. That was the right out of the box score as well. I haven't been able to match of get close to it ever since.

I did manage a 16.5k run with the CPU OCed.

    Cheers. :)

    Nice chiefs.

I just ran a quick run on the new 10.10 AMD mobility drivers.
    Stock run. Left pic.

Right pic was from last time with CPU OC.

    Cheers.

what do you think of 10.10 my scores are also on 10.10 and a clean install. I am working on vantage runs for stock and cpu OC and will post up. I am able to take this new/used m17x with i5 and hyper-x memory upto 154mhz and gives me 3.38ghz. Really helps that little i5 shine and keep up with i7 so a good idea of benchmarks and i will post up with stock and cpu OC on vantage with 10.10.

Mine was 14k-ish. Honestly I did not saved the result because I hate the word "06" sounding. It's so yesterday :p My Alienware is today!!! ;)

I thought of that too but there is something weird. My R1 has Dell's Samsung SSD 128GB. It scored much much lower than the Vertex 2, 6923 vs. 25507 but the R1 DID managed to score 6131 PCMark Vantage.

I don't know about score range on HDD but guess it cannot be too far from 6k right?

And bear in mind I run the PCMark Vantage @ STOCK settings. I did not touch the settings at all.

PS: For reference: My R1 config was Q9000, 4GB DDRAM3, GTX 260M SLI, 128GB Samsung SSD

Here is the 3DMark Vantage of the two system. R1 with PhysX on.

I don't have that game. However I have just done Crysis Benchmark Tool.

Here is the result of Assault Harbor test:
Don't know why it says Vista 64 lol.

My Crysis GPU test @ DX10 1900x1200 AA=No AA, 32 bit test, Quality: VeryHigh yield Average FPS of around 30.5

CPU test @ the same config yield Average FPS of around 26.5

Simply put, it kicked my R1 right in front of the face :D

ok. so the stock scores for my system are as follows:

3dmark06 was 16512 out the box

    3dmarkvantage 1st run was 14002

all subsequent runs of either benchamrk software resulted in slightly lower figures but not by much...maybe 50pts or so...

    Min 3dmark 06 was 16212
    Min vantage was p13972

How do they look? lol :D

3dMark06 same as mine(16-16.5k), I got 13k on Vantage with the default stock drivers and 14.2k (gpu score only) with new drivers.

my vantage and 06 are based on dell new vbios and drivers....everything else stock from the box.

I did do a run on 06 before i flashed the vbios and installed 8.763 (didnt do vantage) and it was slightly higher.

All in all, qite happy as things seem to be in order in relation to scores....im never gonna hit much more than this without an extreme or setfsb but these are base scores so im kinda happy lol ;)

Ah right. I also flashed VBIOS and installed new drivers (that's the 14k score). I didn't do it for the score thought, I did it to get rid of flickering - which finally is gone! :)

Our scores are with stock clocks. We should bench using DX11 then. :p

Heres some interesting reading - using info for our c/f 5870's - one test machine was an AW r2 with a xtreme cpu.

Lots of info here for people wondering what scores they shoul dbe getting under the various benchamrking info -just click to expand and view each category.

I found it quite interesting, hope you lot do too! :D
