    460M and 8 fps ?

    Hi

    Im kind of new to this forum but i just got my M17R3 with 460M, and instaled Assasins Creed Brotherhoods. The problem is that im getting 15-8 fps. Well is that normal, becouse i though i would get more from new alienware.

    Im not sure if my laptop is running on a integrated card and not nvidia :confused:

    try right clic and use nvidia accelerated graphics, you must be running on intel

    While i'm not completely sure I believe the nvidia R3 only comes with the nvidia card and no integrated card.

    Hello. Make sure you are running the game with the discrete GPU

    Go to the Nvidia control panel and find Assassins Creed 2 under the 3D settings tab. If its not there, add it and then select the option run with high performance gpu.

    Hope that helped :)

    Hope that works for you. If that's not the problem, I'm pretty sure the 460m is better then that. I can run Crysis 2 'very high' setting at 1920 x 1080 at 30fps. I pretty much have the same system as you

    Yeah thank u its under 3D config so i didnt even checked it, but thats it i have to add every game and set it to go with nvidia. Thank u very much i was pissed with this.
