I just called alienware again today to check up on my repair technician who is supposed to come and fix my computer. Long story for another thread! But anyway..I actually caught someone who could speak english rather well and he seemed like a good guy and (hopefully) fixed things so the tech will come to my house tomorrow to fix things. He gave me his email and said if I had any other questions to email him. I forgot to ask him about upgrading so I asked him in an email if I could get a 5870 and a crossfire and how much it would cost. This is what he said:

In regards of the video card, you could get the secondary ATI 5870 Video card with the crossfire cable included ordered for only $368.71 (tax/ ship included) and I could take 10% off of it.

Is that a good deal? Thanks in advance guys.

That is a good deal, but all I have to compare it to is eBay. Did he mention the heatsink and fan? If it's ~$330 for a complete CF setup, I would order immediately.
