    Hi guys,

I'm running out of patients with my m17xR2 and was hoping someone could shed some light on my issues.

Im not sure which version of 5870m bios i have but i can only install the original dell R259589 drivers and even then they seem to be running at about half the speed, heaven score was about 30fps now its around 10-15fps

If install the latest 10-7_mobility_vista_win7_64_dd_ccc drivers i get a BSOD
if i install the new beta drivers i get BSOD even though they were working for a couple of weeks ago...
It keeps saying that a secondary clock cycle was missed or something..

    > Pressing the stealth button seems to have no effect and doesnt show that its on in the AlienFusion program
    > all 8 cores are showing in task manager
    > crossfire is enabled

about ready to pack it up and send it back. lesson learnt, dont touch anything beta unless you read the packet..

Go to the device manager and uninstall everything that looks CPU/processor related and reboot. Also try uninstalling the display drivers. uninstall the Display drivers by going into device manager, and clicking display adpator, right click, uninstall and delete after uninstall. Then open up your old ATI setup file found in the dell/drivers folder and do an express unistall.

After uninstalling run CCleaner and Drive Sweeper. Then reinstall the old display drivers. Also
