Hey guys, so as the title suggests I just had my Alienware 17 crash and give me 6 beeps however it did turn back on and the gpu is still functional. It has an m290x which runs hot, peaking at 92 degrees C under load for several minutes. Don't have any thermal paste lying around atm but I will get some soon as the temps worry me a little bit. I haven't done any overclocking on it so i don't know what caused the failure. It's still in warranty so should I ring up dell and get a replacement or 780m/880m if I can get it out of them.

If that doesn't work I will get a 970m from rjtech, only problem is shipping to Australia and I am not 100% sure about the installation and all the minor things that come along with that. I would also prefer it to be compatible with Windows 10, but I haven't seen anyone do any tutorials on that probably for the lack of usable drivers.

That is if you guys think I should stay with the card btw it is still in warranty.
