Ok so i used a vflash on my 680m and Im able to run heavens bechmark on +230/+100 stably however when i play a game like Blade and Soul i get like only 20 fps with everything maxed. I even notice that my gpu is only running at like 50%, secondly for some reason gpu Z stopped working and it says i need to update open cl and drivers.
