    No, do not try and flash the VBIOS for a different card onto your 6870m. Then you won't get any colors on your screen at all. When you boot up, does the Alien head logo show up OK, or is it distorted like the rest of the images. If the Alien head logo show up fine, try booting Windows into safe mode. See if the color distortion is still present. If it is not, you almost certainly have a driver/software problem. If the colors are distorted in safe mode, then the issue is with the GPU or some of it's setting in the BIOS (maybe).

    Is anyone else running a 6870m in an R2? If so, it might be worth verifying the bios that they are running and possibly re-flashing the 6870m bios from a known working card. Other then that, I agree with the others...boot into safe mode and see what happens. Otherwise reinstall the driver and check that.

    the alien head logo and everything was messed up like the picture i showed.

    i flashed the 6870m vbios that was shared on that page and it booted fine. Colours are PERFECT!!

    But, its running blazing HOTTTT, the keyboard gets very hoottt to touch after a few mins in game!!?

    hi oc messa, y have exactly the mae problem and im searchin 4 that 6870m vbios A00 like a mad man but y cant find her nowere -.-
    y also readed all the 3 topis through were you say "i flashed the 6870m vbios that was shared on that page"
    nothing -.-

    that bios made my card boot and run fine but eventually it burnt out, now i have a dead 6870m card.

    was the correct vbios version but something about that modded bios burnt my card out.
