    When I opened the Sapphire Trixx software to check my temps I noticed something strange about the clocks and when I went to the overclocking tab, both meters were on 0 and when I try to change them it says some crap about ULPS and disabling it from the settings tab and I tried that but it didn't work. So does anyone know how to solve that? I read some stuff online about some AtiOverdrive and when I followed the instructions on how to enable it(because it wasn't in my CCC) it said something with registry editor so I went there but couldn't find the correct path... I will continue this in a second.

    ULPS = Ultra-Low Power State

    do a search in your registry for "EnableUlps" and set it to 0 (decimal value)
