Could someone reupload the archives? I got a 6990m, it is reaching about 104C... I cant change my thermal paste because the notebook is on the warranty, and I have no time to send them at the moment.. Thanksss

    Aiiiiii Caramba!!!!

104C on load? That's crazy temps right there. Forget the modded bios to under-volt. Get the back cover off and re-paste immediately! Contact the seller and tell them the temps are too high and repaste yourself. I can't believe this is not covered under warranty. In 2013 re-pasting is a necessity every 6-12months.

    Hey guys,

I have an m17x r2 with 6990m (Dell card) installed. Recently I have preflashed the card VBIOS with a Clevo one and also undervolted the card to 1.0v. Since then I am experiencing AMD driver crashes in certain games. I am using the 13.4 drivers and I also tried clean reinstall of the drivers ( uninstall previous one and then clean with Driver Fusion) but unfortunately this did not help. Any suggestions? Could it be that the card is not getting enough power? Its running on stock clocks. Ah, and one more thing, when I turn the AMD overdrive ON, the card gets 1.1v , but still driver crashes persist.

    Cheers
