I just disabled drivers signing, and it installed! But now how do I get my sound back? Is it also safe to run the 780m on a 2 port heatsink instead of the 3?

Dont install the idt sound drivers from dell, use the microsoft ones. they wont let you tweak things but should work fine with the 780m. (no black/green screen crashes) You might also have to open the playback devices in the sound control panel and disable hdmi or display port audio out. Every time I plug in an external display it turns back on and I have to disable it to get speakers working again. Hope this helps.

I'll try that out. What about the heatsink. Did you upgrade yours to the 3 pipe or just keep your existing 2 pipe?
