Ok so I just received a replacement 5870m master card from dell because my other one failed. After repasting and installing at the Bios menu I have weird discoloration as well as when windows boots to desktop. I tried each card separately before I finished installation and this distortion of color was not present. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

re-seat the crossfire cable. see if that does the trick. also, check the display cable - make sure its firmly seated.

Make sure both cards are flashed with the latest vbios.

just call support and have them dispatch out a replacement crossfire cable. as long as you have active coverage, its covered. should be a quick call.
