Long story short, I was getting the fault sandy bridge chip-set replaced. However, when the technician arrived had no idea what he was doing (He even said so). I was surprised he could put everything back together. But now, computer has weird noises and bsod randomly. So I called dell to get a replacement. They are replacing me with another r3 but this time with 460 -3D ready kit... I had the 6870 before. I just have a few questions about this process:
1. Does the replacement system come with 3D-glasses? If it doesn't where can I get one? Does it have to come from dell or can i purchase some cheaper ones on like amazon.
2. I always though 460 was a step down from the 6870 (Purely gaming perspective) Should I ask for 6870 or heck, even 6970? ( I have been playing sc2 on extreme, ultra on shogun 2, battlefield 2) Will I still be able to do that?
I also noticed a lot of people have problems with the 460 on this board..ie bsod, driver issues or anything like that. Are those issues fixed or do a lot of users still have problems?
3. Will I still receive a fault sandy bridge chipset with the replacement?
4. Is there a limit on how many replacements you get? I only got the computer in January, and I purchased 3 year warranty. If for some reason, the replacement system breaks down, will I still be able to get another replacement?
Sorry for all the questions.
Any helpful comments will be very much appreciated!!

1) 3D ready implies that it is "ready" if you have the glasses, so my guess is you'll have to buy them. Dell sells them online.
2) The GTX460m and 5870m are pretty much equal. People argue the 5870 is better, but it's really spitting hairs. The 5870 is better at direct x 10, the 460 is better at DX11 and PhysX titles. The 6870 is a marginally slower 5870, so the 460 is equal to or slighly better.
3) No all the Sandy bridge chips should be fixed by now. Even if it wasn't you'd probably never know.
4) You should be able to get as many replacements as necessary, especially since you bought the 3 year warranty. Many stories of multiple replacements can be found here.
