Hello!
In my pervious thread http://forum.notebookreview.com/alienware-m17x/571156-screen-bad-enough-replaced.html we came to the concluetion that my screen is under average, and should be replaced although Dell refuses to do it.
So to those people who has a M17x with a CCFL screen out there, 1200p or 900p does not matter. I kindly ask you for some pictures of your screen, so I can prove to Dell that my screen needs to be replaced.

I tried taking the pictures but the room is too bright, you can only see me on the screen lol.
I'll take them at night and post. -

I don't have a camera handy, but mine is nowhere near that bad. If I can get a camera I'll take pictures.
There is a small amount of bleed at the bottom of my screen, but nothing like that. -

Updates
Hey guys, some updates on my issue.
The support has closed for today, and no progress have been done on my issue.
I emailed the escalation manager, and I got no response.
This is really turning into a wild goose chase.
Anyway guys, thanks for your support, I will come with more updates as soon as something happens. -

Stay polite and contact them until it gets solved.

The difference in the bleed is a lot if you compare both the screens. -
My phone has a crap camera, i took this shot, my phone wouldn't cooperate with the darker images for some reason. I will tell you straight up though, yours is considerably worse than mine, I can see some bleeding when the screen is mostly black, but if there is anything with any brightness at all on the screen, it's not noticeable. If mine had that kind of backlight bleed over a picture like that, I would be absolutely livid. If you keep the pressure on them, I imagine that they'll eventually cave.
