After 3 months of dealing with dell with performance issues. They replaced my 4870's with 5870's, replaced the motherboard and the cables. Technicians have visited my house 3 times and sent my laptop to the dell depot twice already. I kept complaining that i was getting 15-30 fps with crossfire on and off with all my games. When I received my machine 3 days ago I've noticed it wasn't A10 bios but A09. Dell changed the vbios for me, so I flashed it to A10 and I found out that was the culprit to all my performance issues. I flashed it back to A09 and I'm getting no hick-ups with my games.

It may not be the same problem for everyone but A10 is a problem for my machine
