Do i need to install the past BIOSes in order to install the new version? OR does it include the past updates with it when i update this BIOS?

you should be able to install it and be good to go. you have an SSD? SATA mode was reduced to SATA II starting with A09, so you may want to just stick with that one if you have an SSD.

If the BIOS requires a previous version to be installed it won't install and will ask you to install the required one first.
