I installed my SSD and then me 500g hard drive. Well, on boot up i did a ctrl + I for configuration utility... and "erased" the raid 0 off my hard drive.

Now, the only problem i have is on the BIOS when changing sata to ahci everything runs smoothly... untill right before log in scren i get the blue screen... Any idea why?

Also under my computer it doesnt show my other hard drive :/

Another thing, when booting up computer it says in green that both my drives are none-raid.

p.s: I went back to bios and switched the sata to RAID (thats how im talking to you guys now)

Wipe RAID first then you need to reinstall OS to your SSD with AHCI selected

So I ctrl-I and remove raid from my 500g hard drive.

What about my SSD now? Do I just format my SSd when I put my windows cd installer? Where it asks what partition you want to do this in.

I haven't got a SSD yet but i assume you just format as normal. Someone else may be able to answer this :)

I know about this problem back in the days of Win XP. if you installed XP in ATA mode and then later changed the mode to AHCI XP wouldn't boot. this was caused by the absence of an AHCI driver in windows. I think the same thing happened to you (no AHCI driver in Windows 7 loaded) the fastest way is just clean wipe system, boot from recovery cd and install windows again, sorry :| other ways are much more elaborative...
