    AMD 14.4 Driver install

    Hello All,

    Does anyone have any tricks to install the 14.4 Catalyst drivers on a M17x R3 with a HD 6990M? I just did a fresh install using the respawn DVD's that I created when I bought my machine and am having issues getting newer video card drivers to install. I uninstalled the ones that came with the system then tried to install 13.8 and 14.4 both failing. The 14.4 drivers worked once until I rebooted the machine. I have done all windows updates and am running Windows 7 64bit.

    Install the DELL drivers and without uninstalling, install the 14.4 driver.
