    I installed this driver and its giving me some slightly higher top end scores but lower scores in the unoverclocked areas. if you don't want to OC then stay with the 13.4whql

    Maybe they are a little bit faster in benchmarks, but it's all so minor and 13.4 is working perfect for me.
    Just gonna wait for the new official non beta drivers.

    Edit: I dont use Enduro so I really dont know.

    You're reading the internal driver version and comparing it to the catalyst package release version. 13.6 denotes the year (20)13 and month 6 the that catalyst package was released. You're most likely running a 13.X version of the catalysts since your GPU was only released this year.

    Check in your Catalyst Control Center using Advanced view under "software" to see which Catalyst package you are running.
