    AMD mobility 6870 latest drivers?

    can someone give me the latest drivers for this card. Having issues with d3 choppyness so i figured i should update my drivers

    i installed it but apparently it said some errors were detected. Wierd.

    if you open GPUz, what version display driver does it show after installation?

    ok, try doing a clean install. uninstall the previous driver first. Download driver sweeper (freeware), select "AMD Display" then run.

    After reboot, try installing again. Make sure you are installing the 64 bit mobility drivers

    tried this doing a clean install and it wouldnt take the drivers :(

    and after i tried and failed, i couldnt successfully install the old drivers or CC either ><dont know what went wrong, 12.3 saidit had warnings and didnt install the driver or cc, then i swept again and tried to go back to a01, andthat had warnings and didnt install CCC

    I use the stock Dell drivers for the 6870M and have no choppiness issue at all. I get around 70fps+. Everything is set to high and shadows on medium.

    Did you check your latency color on the bottom of the D3 screen? See if it is green, yellow or red. If it is yellow or red, that could explain some of the choppiness that you are experiencing.
