    Hi all,

Just got my M17x just installed i7 940xm, 8gb ram and ocz vertex 2 120gb ssd

So did a format now my 5870's are showing as 5800 series gpu's?

Is this write, also was going to flash graphics bios but when I download the 5870 update from dell it says my graphics are not the 5870's

    Any help?

Also what about getting the most out of the 940xm, throttlestop?

    Hey there chiefs,

Which GPU drivers did you install? Try installing the new dell ones again from the dell support driver support site. Your GPUs need to read as 5870s in order to allow you to use the flash program. Give it another go.

    Cheers. :)
