So a few days ago my Catalyst Control Center stopped working and so did the switchable graphics thing so I tried uninstalling and re-installing and the drivers didn't work so I reformatted the whole system and no whenever I try to install the CCC it finishes real quick but says "Installation Complete(A few warnings occurred during installation)". And it's like it hasn't installed anything AT ALL.

you may have conflicting driver/software as a result of different driver installs.
my best guess would be to uninstall all amd drivers/software and download/run the latest driver sweeper removing any and all left over files (run in safe mode)

    always works for me

What do you mean in safe mode? like, when you shut down the comp from the button and it tells you windows had an unexpected shutdown or soemthing?

Hmm.... I guess you're new owner. First thing, Welcome to the club, in the future, you will get used with problem like this. The good things, is not your fault. It's AMD Fault, so nothing to worry about your system. Just download Driver sweeper from above link that our good friend xeroxide post. And Follow his instruction. Next, download your stock AMD driver from Dell support site, And download also the latest graphic driver that you want to install from AMD Site. Install the stock driver first, and the latest driver after that.

Maybe someone here have kind to give him the link for all this, My batteries only hold for the last 5 minutes.....

after uninstalling the driver from control panel you reboot

    now to enter safe mode

before the windows logo comes up, press F8. if done correctly a text menu should appear and one of the options in the list is safe mode

    select that one.

windows will load but it will look all crappy and be all sluggish like. this is because the drivers are not loaded. in this mode you can remove any file which could not usually be removed (some video driver files in your case)

running driver sweeper application from safe mode allows it to delete all video driver files which would normally be protected by windows during normal operation.

*edit* hmmm you formatted the system and have trouble installing the ati drivers from there?
if so, then driver sweeper won't help :(
try installing your video card drivers again but this time select custom rather than express mode
it will start scanning your system and then show you a list of what it will install.

check to see if there is "AMD Display Driver" and a tick box in the list shown after you do this. if there isn't you may need to download a different driver.

Kvothes, what are your computer specs?

Have you tried reinstalling the stock dell drivers first?
