    ATI Catalyst 11.5b Hotfix on M17xR3

    Hi,

    I was wondering if anyone was able to get the 11.5b hotfix installed on their m17xr3. I have the 11.5 installed and working fine, but I'd like to get the improvements in 11.5b. I tried the 11.5a hotfix when it came out, but it stopped the switchable graphics from working.

    I will be the tester if I need to, just figured I'd ask first :)

    where do you download the hotfix?

    i installed 11.5b on top of 11.5 which was installed on top of 11.4 :D well... from witcher 2 (which i think is terrible in terms of comparison with 1st part and graphical issues) there is some improvement.
    edit: actually, when i was installing 11.5b i got BSOD, system rebooted no driver was found so i assume it is a fresh install of 11.5b ...

    I just installed and everything is functioning as normal, even switchable graphics. actually I notice no difference from the stock Dell drivers

    Yeah i am running 11.5b with switchable graphics working fine..

    Did the overinstall deal and no issues to report.

    11.5 CAP3 is out.

    Or it's maybe suppose to say CAP2 I'm not sure, it could be a typo.
    Otherwise where is CAP2?

    I think this driver makes me unable to change the brightness with F4 and F5, at least while in AMD graphics mode.

    It's indeed 11.5 CAP5. AMD skipped the CAP2 and jumped directly to CAP3 for the following reason:

    Note: 11.5 CAP 2 was skipped as an incomplete version was leaked. This CAP is labelled CAP 3 to reflect it's updated and more current nature.

    Yo Quad, does your FN keys that control the brightness work? If so which 11.5b file did you use? Thx
    I also seem to be having a problem with switchable graphics but that was prior to me updating.

    I wish I could iron these problems out.
