    Hey,

I recieved my M17x R2 with Mobility 5870 Crossfire X some time ago...I have tried to play games such as Crysis and Crysis Warhead on the recomended HIGH settings however while playing the game I experience alot of fps drops and screen-tearing... shouldn't my M17x R2 be able to handle games such as Crysis on High settings???

    Here are my other specs:-

    -i7 920 XM
    -4GB Dual-channel 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM

Also I have crossfire enabled and YES STEALTH MODE IS OFF!

Yes it should and it can. I had the same issues you have and it was solved by updating the drivers and making catalyst ai was set to standard.

Also go into the alienware command centre program - alien fusion - high performance - ati graphics settings - and set it to performance.

Try the command centre thing first and if it fails then check ai, if that doesn't work update your drivers.
