The profiles you install don't appear anywhere. The Profiles you see in CCC are custom sets of settings that you define. This allows you to set up one profile that has Catalyst AI set to Standard, and another that sets it to Advanced, and you can quickly switch between the two.

The game profiles are simply some data files that the graphics driver knows about, and which changes the way the driver handles some games. If you've installed them, they're there and working.

Just wondering also, does it matter where you install the Crossfire CAP profiles? Or will any folder do? Cheers.

No idea, but I'd assume that it doesn't matter. There's probably a registry entry added somewhere that contains the full path to the file, and the driver uses this path.

You'd have to be a pretty brain-dead programmer to hard-code a path into an application!

Is there any websites where you can download pre-set profiles?

Oh I see. There should be some websites around. Probably best to search the particular games your having issues with specifically and see what comes up as to what the best settings are to use. Other than that the default settings are best place to start with. Then you just tinker a little bit by bit.

Also normally these profiles are already preset to run really well. Also to help utilise Crossfire for certain and newer games that have just been released. Offering better support and so forth. If you would like to tinker more with individual game profiles you can use radeon pro. Thats a great tool to use. ATi Tray tools is also good.

    Cheers.
