AW freezing while playing

So, as the title say, I was playing black ops 10mn, with fraps for viewing my fps. I had 122Fps average. But sudently, it shut down to 15FPS and stay at this level max.And on the desktop, it's freezing a little bit. If I restart my computer, all be good.
Someone know what is that problem??

( I don't have restarted my computer, but the freeze has be gone.) What is that, I had that with my gtx460m but it result with an bsod.

My temp during game:
GPU max 65*c
CPU Max (core 2 i think ) 73*c

I have m17x R3 4Gb ram i7 2630 gtx485m 265.77

Can it be the Cpu turbo mode who fails???? Because i had with my gtx460m bsod saying:
''a clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor bsod laptop''

or there is no relation?

 

When you lose fps like that it is most likely the throttling on the gpu side.

 

Bof, i just disable i7 turbo mode and after 30mn playing, no freeze^^. Will see tomorrow if it's resolved.

Max CPU temp: 68*c ==> without turbo mode, i gain like 5*c and more because it was more than 30min playing instead of 10mn
Max GPU temp: 66*c
