What is the Accidental Damage Service? Insurance? Is it just another thing offered only in the US?

What I was wondering was; If I go the 3D option and then get a movie of a Charlie Sheen party - when I watch it on my 3D screen will it be just like I was at the party with Charlie and the Goddesses? :p
