    Hi,

Is there a way to manually adjust the fan speed of the gpu?

In 3d seems less aggressive and the temperatures rise.

    thanks!

Download hwinfo.. While running it click on sensors -> small fan button at the lower left area -> adjust manually.

You can also use MSI Afterburner to create a custom thermal profile. So you'd get something like:

    T1=F1, T2=F2, etc. up to T8.

Where T is a user-set GPU temperature, and F is a user-set fan speed. You can also set it as a linear progression, or stepped, which is very cool, IMO.

I would use MSI afterburner, but it always sees the fan at 100%.

I tried to adjust the curve which increases the speed of the fan, but has no effect.

    why?

    I make some adjustment?

That's because laptop GPU fans are not plugged into the cards but into the motherboard and they are controlled by the Embedded Controller.

so I can not use afterburner?

    I can only use hwinfo?

exists a compatible program that allows a curve like MSI afterburner?

HwInfo is the only one at the moment.

By using the Custom Auto option, you can customize a temp/fan RPM scheme that provides the equivalent of a curve progression. The option is limited only by your imagination. You need to configure HW64 to use the Compal EC fan control for best results. Configure for your primary use, but you can switch to Manual as needed; for example, when benchmarking (or any time both CPU and GPU are under heavy stress), I switch to Manual fans and set to about 5000 RPM (anything above 4300) so that both fans run wide open until reset.

Hi, many thanks for this info.

    But I have a problem.

When I select Sensor: "Compal CE" I do not see anything that I can select at the voice "Reading".

For this reason I can not adjust anything in the temperature-fan table.

    PS
"Set Manual" works well. But I prefer Custom auto system.

    EDIT: solved :) .................
