Currently running on alienware 17 with intel i7-4700mq and nvidia 770m. While gaming on battery. After around 10-20mins. All usb power off and only power up back when plug in power adapter.

    Already updated to Bio A04

    Any fix to this?

It's normal, the PC should be plugged in anytime you are gaming or it will not be able of providing enough power.

But why does the USB power off itself whole gaming ? Mouse unable to move and only power up back after plugging in the power adapter ? Is this normal ?

The battery does not supply enough power to maintain the entire PC on at all times, it disables stuff to save power unless you change all power management settings in Windows and Command Center to Max Performance (never turn off). Still gaming on battery is not recommended because the battery life may be decreased due to an extreme use.

hi everything is set to never turn off including adaptive brightness disable, usb selective suspend setting disabled, Graphics processor max performance and lastly under device manager all usb set do not power down to save power.

Currently running on Bio a04 and nvidia 770m. Laptop was shipped on 28/06/2014.

Does this motherboard have the C2 stepping for the usb problem which causes this problem ?

    Thanks in advance!
