    Alien Autopsy crashing on my M17XR4 note book

    Recently as i try to run Alien autopsy it crashes with a message that Alien autopsy has stopped working .I tried to re-install the software but again the same thing happened .I dont know whats going on . Need help please to resolve the Alien autopsy program software please .

    * Alien autopsy has stopped working.Windows will look for a solution to the problem*
    As of now i deleted Alien Autopsy from my note book M17XR4 Dell Alien ware notebook .Now when i try to install it again from Dell .It says its searching for updates and then doesnt find any updates Therefore installation never continues.
