    I know that this has been discussed somewhere on this forum before. No matter how many times I search, I just can't find the solution. I have the latest of both the OSD, 1.13 & ACC, 2.5.54. I have uninstalled ACC & deleted all things ACC on my drive +.ath files, uninstalled OSD, reinstalled OSD then reinstalled ACC, powered down & did the 30 sec power button hold. And the touch control will not launch ACC. Please can someone help me here. I've done the above multiple times & variations thereof. None solved the problem. I'm sure I'm not doing something right or using the wrong rev software. I just can't determine which. :confused:

    Did you try a system restore, back before you had the problem?
    I would contact AW tech. support if you can't figure it out. 1800Alienware.

    If no one can figure it out you can always do a recovery with AW respawn. Just back up your files first.

    My button does not work straight from the factory on a new R3, sigh. And I don't have facial recognition, as they said I would.

    But they also told me it did not have bluetooth 3.0... and it does. I have to call support this week. If they give me a fix maybe it is the same on your model. Will post it here.
