    Hello,
Recently when I start my laptop this pops up:
    alienfxerror.png

I cannot change or disable the keyboard lighting anymore, when I change it in command center nothing happens but command center thinks it got changed.
I tried reinstalling command center but it didn't help.
I have an R3 if that is of any importance.
    What should I do?

You have done a full re-install of CC so that seems like it can't be the problem. Could try a re-install of Windows just to rule out any bad software. Can someone confirm if these laptops have a board that controls the AlienFX like the desktops? or is it built in to the MB?

It almost sounds like a hardware problem if you have already re-installed CC. I would try the windows reload to rule that out first though.

It looks like its relates to MS .NetFramework issues? These get updated by windows update so you could even remove the last one, test, and reapply?

    Good luck.

Removing the .NetFramework didn't help, Reinstalling windows did.
    Thanks :)

That's great! Usually just reinstalling the ,Net Framework helps, but I'm glad you got it sorted out at the end.

Just to clarify when you say "removing" did you just uninstall it. Just to diagnose and have information for other users because as the alienware rep stated usually reinstalling does the trick. (.net framework)
