    I cant turs off the mediabar and touchpad lights. It wont let me select black. Anyone else has this issue?

    Yes this is normal, but I wouldn't call it an issue. If you want to turn off the lights on the touchpad you can do this turn off the touchpad and restart the light ring will be off but your touchpad will work, the media bar is always illuminated can't turn it off.

    You can also right click the AlienFX icon in the system tray and uncheck "Keep status zones during go dark." Now when you turn off AlienFX the Touchpad and Mediabar lights will turn off.
