    AlienFX Alienware Command center Problem M17xR4

    Hi guys, first of all I apologize english is not my first language but I'll do my best, Im turning to you because I don't know what to do anymore Tried multiple things to fix my problem but I can't.

    I'm having an issue with Alienware Command Center regarding AlienFX ( Change color of my keyboard) It's been stuck Orange for the last 3 ish months and when I open ACC I get a Microsoft Framework error that I will post at the end of the thread.

    I tried 2 clean uninstallation of Alienware Command Center using this link :

    I've cleaned anything related to alienware command center off my computer twice , still get the same error after the 3rd re-installation ; Right now I am not sure what to do except maybe Re-install Windows 7 (it's needed anyway so I will do it ) OR flash the BIOS, It feels like the Keyboard lights up (all orange) before the OS boots up. Is it possible that the "theme" would be saved in the BIOS ? I've tried to load the Default Values did'nt change anything....

    I've been looking for the same Issue for the last 2 hours and I've only found 1 very simillar and problem was never solved and thread died.

    Try the AlienFXTester.exe, it's a file located in the command center installation folder. If that test fails then you may need a new board.

    You might have to reinstall the .net framework 3.0 etc. might be something corrupt making the program fail.

    Is there any solution for this? It has been about 9 months, and I want my baby fixed! Did any of the proposals work? My problem is very similar.
