This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    AlienFX Lighting Issue

    EDIT: Never mind, ended up calling Dell Technical Support which offered to replace the media bar. Spent 20 mins on hold at the beginning, small 5 minute holds every time he checks something, he spent 30 mins talking to a so-called: "Resolution Specialist" then finally told me that my media bar will be replaced. 1:30 spent on the phone in total.

    Could a mod please delete this?
