    AlienFX controller error

    Hi guys, need lil help here.
    during after windows finished loaded to desktop, im getting this message.

    Everything works fine!
    even im getting this error message, the AlienFX is still working perfectly!
    is there any way to fix this? maybe reinstall the alienfx system i guess?

    have you tried to reinstall from the driver CD?

    is there any guide i should follow?
    or just simply uninstall alienfx and reinstall from the cd driver mate?

    edit: i messed up with my old m15x before (reinstalling alienfx thingy) and made my mobo burnt lol

    i don't know of a guide. i'd just reinstall from the driver cd. I don't think you'll burn out your m17x from trying to install a software program so i think you're safe :D

    I'm not at home right now, but if you're not sure on how to proceed, i can take a look at the cd when i get home from work tonight

    Speaking of AlienFX how do I change the color of the M17x in the description picture? not the actual lights, the color of the actual laptop. I have a black laptop but I'm displaying a red laptop, and I've noticed on videos that some people have Silver showing, so I'm wondering how do you get Black?

    system restore best quick solution of all problems :D

    I am now wondering the same thing. Seems that it isn't changeable. Probably the one in the video was from older versions of Command Center
